The Heart of Mathare

This video was sent to us by our friends in Kenya. The community of Mathare is intelligent, capable, kind, and driven. As seen in this video, the Mathare community is coming together to build this school. Building a public school changes lives, and with your help, it was made possible!

While talking to Gabriel about our mission, he said, "it is possible." Gabriel grew up in the slum and we were lucky enough to meet him on our trip. Gabriel was our driver, protector, and friend.
